Dishwasher
Job Summary: The most important role in the building! You keep the kitchen and dining room supplied with clean equipment and plateware so the rest of the team can succeed.
Key Responsibilities: Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and glassware; maintain a clean pit area; assist with light prep work during slow periods.
Requirements: Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a wet/hot environment.
Pay: $16–$18/hr (DOE) + Tips.
Bartender
Position: Bartender
Job Summary: Our Bartenders are the heart of the pub. We need someone who can sling drinks quickly during a rush while maintaining a clean bar and engaging with our regulars.
Key Responsibilities: Mix classic and signature cocktails, manage tap lines, provide full-service dining at the bar, and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Requirements: 2+ years of high-volume bartending; deep knowledge of beer and spirits; OLCC permit required.
Pay: $16–$19/hr (DOE) + Tips.
Host/Hostess
Job Summary: Efficiency is the name of the game. You’ll support the servers by keeping the dining room flowing and ensuring every new guest sits down to a spotless table.
Key Responsibilities: Clear and sanitize tables, reset dining areas, support the dishwasher, and assist with water refills or chips/bread.
Requirements: Ability to move quickly; team-player attitude; ability to lift 30+ lbs.
Pay: $15.50–$16.50/hr (DOE) + Tips.
Busser
